Remember, credit repair companies dispute errors, they do not “remove” accounts, and because the bureaus often do not comply, it may make sense to re-dispute in the hopes of getting the desired result.

 To reach your goal you may need to rebuild your credit, reduce balances, and possibly make plans to pay off legitimate collections. Some things take time; if you have no active credit and need to open secured credit cards, it can take several months before the new accounts have a positive impact.
